The course is a one-time purchase of £69. We want you to feel it was worth it.

Our 60-day promise

If you complete the course and it did nothing for how your sleep feels, email us within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to request a refund

Email sthoyem@gmail.com from the address you bought with, within 60 days. We process refunds manually through Stripe back to your original payment method.

What happens to your access

When a refund is confirmed, your access to the course, diary, and sleep-window guidance ends immediately, and you will see a refunded state on those pages. We keep a minimal financial record of the purchase and refund as our privacy policy explains.
